Returns

We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. After this 14-day period, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as appropriate- however, we cannot garuntee how long this may take due to stock levels.

Damages and issues

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped via either Royal Mail or Evri. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and can be affected by factors such as holidays. While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery or shipment dates, as these are estimated and subject to delays by the courier.

Jalely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery confirmation has been provided to the address supplied. We ship to the address provided by the customer and will not be held liable for any incorrect address details. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with Royal Mail or Evri for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
